RETURN RIGHT – RETURNS

Do not use original packaging as packaging for return.

You as a consumer (does not apply to companies) are entitled to 14 days’ right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods. For this to apply, the product must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging. Do not paste or tape anything on the original packaging. Of course, you have to carefully examine the product. If the product is sealed, it is not included in the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken. In the case of glass, screens and displays, these must not be mounted or its protective film removed.

COMPLAINT

If you have received a defective or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible at info@limitado.se or via the chat which is manned weekdays between 8: 30-17: 00 and we will answer you as soon as we can.

Incorrect complaints due to handling errors or lack of experience in unit repairs are charged with SEK 199 incl. VAT.

Exchanges Return the product you want to change to us. Then place a new order at limitado.se on the product you want. Once we have received your return, we will credit you for the item and you will receive the money back.

REFUND

If you choose to receive the money back for your return / complaint, you will be credited to the account you paid with when ordering. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, please log in at klarna.com/en and extend the due date to give us time to handle your case. The handling time for a complaint / return is up to 10 working days. If you have paid your order with an invoice and wish to pause the invoice until your case has been handled, you can go into the clear and mark the order as returned.
